Important information to read in case your unit is faulty.
The warranty period starts from the day your product is marked as delivered/is delivered to you, such information is obtained from the tracking number assigned to your Order ID. It lasts for 3 months.
Dead-On-Arrival
In case you receive your product and it doesn't work, first make sure to try out the solutions posted in Help. If those options didn't help, prepare the following information and send to us via WhatsApp:
• Order ID
• Date of product delivery
• Serial Number (if applicable)
• Video evidence
Battery Issues
Following conditions fall under this category:
• Charging case not being able to charge the Pods after 1 full charge
• Pods or one Pod working up to 90 minutes only
If you encounter such issues within 3 weeks after the product was delivered to you, prepare the following information and send to us via WhatsApp:
• Order ID
• Date of product delivery
• Serial Number (if applicable)
• Issue
Product not working
If your product stopped working within the warranty period, first make sure to try out the solutions posted in Help. If those options didn't help, prepare the following information and send to us via WhatsApp:

Software Modifications
Unless told to do so by the customer support, you shouldn't do any software modifications to your unit, otherwise your warranty will be void.
Liquid Damage
If your product has encountered liquid damage, we cannot provide warranty services for any issues you are experiencing with your product.
Abnormal Environment Temperature
Following conditions fall under this category:
• Temperatures above 55*C
• Temperatures below 20*C
Improper Charging
Following conditions fall under this category:
• Using a cabled charging source that can provide more than 5V and 2A (10 Watt)
• Using a wireless charging pad that can provide more than 5V and 1A (5 Watt)
Extreme Physical Damage
In case your product experiences extreme physical damages, under which fall dents, cracks on the exterior body of the Charging Case and the Pods, internal damage of the components, we cannot provider warranty services for any issues you are experiencing with your product.
We provide at maximum 2 methods based on the situation. A refund, or a new unit.
In both cases, you may be required to return the product, you will have to cover the fee of the shipping back to the warehouse.
